Full-Planning Package
With full planning, your planner works closely with you from start to finish—getting to know you, your vision, and the heart of your wedding. Together, you’ll create a cohesive look and feel that carries through every element of your day. From curating your dream vendor team to managing timelines and behind-the-scenes logistics, your planner takes on the heavy lifting so you can focus on the fun. Full planning doesn’t mean giving up control—it means having a trusted partner to minimize your workload, guide decisions, and ensure no detail is overlooked. The greatest benefit? Partial-Planning Package
Partial planning is designed for couples who have already started the process but want expert help bringing everything together. Your planner steps in to refine your vision, recommend and coordinate with vendors, and fill in any missing pieces while keeping plans on track. This package works best for couples who have plenty of time to dedicate to planning, are detail-oriented and organized, and feel confident keeping tasks on track. You’ll still lead the way in decision-making and planning, but you’ll have professional support to streamline the process, avoid common pitfalls, and ensure your plans come to life seamlessly. This package bridges the gap between full planning and coordination—giving you the guidance you need without losing the progress you’ve already made.

Wedding Coordination Package
Coordination is for couples who’ve planned their wedding themselves but want peace of mind knowing everything will run smoothly. About a month before the wedding, your planner takes over vendor communication, finalizes timelines, and manages the rehearsal so that by the big day, all the moving parts are covered. On the wedding day itself, your planner is behind the scenes directing vendors, troubleshooting, and ensuring every detail unfolds as planned. It’s the perfect way to hand off responsibilities and simply enjoy your celebration, stress-free.

– Initial consultation & detailed planning review, held 4–6 weeks
prior to wedding day
– Custom timeline creation and finalization
– Vendor confirmation and oversight
– Rehearsal direction (up to 1 hour)
– Full on-site coordination of wedding day (typically 10-12 hours)
Destination Package
Planning a wedding away from home comes with unique challenges—and that’s where destination wedding planning makes all the difference. From scouting venues and coordinating with local vendors to managing travel logistics and on-site details, your planner ensures nothing falls through the cracks. This package allows you to savor the excitement of marrying in a beautiful location without being overwhelmed by the complexities of planning from afar. With professional guidance and day-of support, you can simply arrive, celebrate, and enjoy your wedding weekend with confidence.

Everything in the Full-Planning Package, plus:
– Travel coordination for couple, wedding party, and immediate family (flights, hotels, transport, etc.)
– Research and booking for location-specific vendors
– Logistics for transporting décor and special items
– Assistance with cultural, legal, or logistical requirements unique to location
– Optional planning for additional destination events (rehearsal dinner, welcome party, group excursions, post-wedding brunch, etc.), planning for early travel to wedding location to tour venue and meet with vendors
